          I am Tina Nicole. I have been interested in photography since I got my first camera. As soon as I started taking pictures, I began noticing more things around me to be interesting. If I found something interesting I would take a picture of it. It wasn't until 2011 that I invested in a "serious" camera for my photography. I purchased a Canon Rebel T1i EOS 500 D. I love it and I'm still using it.
          My photographic interests include anything in nature especially. I love trees, flowers, clouds, lakes, rivers, etc. I also really enjoy taking pictures of animals. Most of the photographs I have taken of animals are from zoos, but in the traveling I do get to do, I try to take pictures of any wildlife I can. Yellowstone being one of my top travels, I was lucky to get great wildlife photographs as well as pure nature photographs.

          I have entered a couple photo contest just to see what would happen. My very first contest I entered was the Minnesota Zoo Photo Contest in 2013. Out of several thousand entries for 6 categories, selecting 6 photos for each category, they selected 2 of my photographs. That was a big enough accomplishment for me, but when I won 2nd place in my category, that was even bigger.
